I believe in a holistic exploration of human experience involving the body, our thoughts and emotions, and the spirit. The way these add up to a healing plan is different for each client. My job is to find the most accessible balance to begin, and adjust as you grow and heal. We may work in a more traditional “talk therapy” way at first, and then incorporate the body and nervous system. Or we may dive in to exploring the ways your experiences are affecting your body, and together create safety around that. Or anywhere in between.
I enjoy moving between all of these various ways of working, creating a path defined primarily by your needs at this moment in time. You bring your intentions, and together we figure out your goals and the best ways to reach them.
